The Inside SalesRepresentative should identify business opportunities by developing newprospects, interacting with the prospects over the call and email andcoordinate with business development team till the deal is closed.
Candidateshould be a keen to understand Simplify360’s offerings and the ability to conveythe right message to the customer and identify the opportunities whilecommunicating our value to the possible customer.
Assessescompetitors by analysing and summarizing competitor information and trends,identifying sales opportunities.
Developssales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, solicitingnew accounts, building rapport, providing technical information andexplanations, preparing quotations.
Prospectand build a sales pipeline via inbound leads, outbound calling, emailcommunications, and other direct marketing methods
ProvideTraining to the customers / clients, completing the onboarding process on time.
Demonstratingthe product on the request of client or the customer.
Qualifysales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales processby calls and emails, Initiating face-to-face appointments with Outside Salesteam for higher deal value.
Followup with each Outside Sales Manager, post meeting. Determine result ofrespective meeting, and follow up appropriately to close the loop
Meetdaily, weekly, and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordancewith strategic plan, developed by the Director of Inside Sales
Consistentlylog and record each-and-every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activityreports as requested by Director of Inside Sales
Actas a bridge between Marketing and Sales. Be cognizant of each marketinginitiative, and work toward corporate objectives
Required Experience / Qualifications
Abilityto comprehend the Simplify360 Platform and to communicate our value propositionto prospects.
Knowledgeof commonly used concepts, practices, policies and procedures within the SocialMedia Listening & CRM industry.
Mustinteract effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally andexternally.
Experiencein lead nurturing, lead generation & sales closure
Understandingof the sales cycle and ability to close the deals
Mustbe adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work wellindividually or as a member of a team
StrongInternet research skills required
Excellentpresentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonalskills.
Highlyorganized and attentive to detail
Self-startingwith solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
