Your field of responsibility

Your responsibilities include :

Evolve and manage the DevSecOps program according to the needs of the enterprise and the developer community

Working in a continuously evolving hybrid-cloud ecosystem across multiple value streams to implement the overall service strategy

Opportunity to develop and nurture a diverse, multi-skilled, multi-functional team and foster an environment for high performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement

Partner with divisions to understand their DevSecOps requirements and ensure they get up to speed with the technology, so they can implement their overall strategy with confidence

Design and help engineer robust and usable platform for DevSecOps within the CSO IT community

Your skills and experience

To excel in this role, you should possess :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Overall experience 12+ years into IT or similar Technology domain

Leadership experience managing software development teams with hands-on attitude

Resourceful, excellent communicator, analytical and problem solving skills

Creative and self-motivated strategic-thinker with the ability to inspire confidence and collaborate closely with technology leaders and internal partners

Highly skilled in CI / CD, Security scanning tools like SonarQube, NexusIQ, Contrast and netsparker

Team-player with high standards and a passion for hiring and retaining the best engineering talent

Commitment to software practices of continuous integration / delivery, automated / repeatable testing, devops and collaborative work environments

Excellent knowledge of systems architecture has developed and operated scalable, highly available distributed systems (preferably in Banking).

Experience with agile frameworks (esp. Scrum / Kanban)

Good knowledge of SCM Tools like Jira, Git

Experience with Release management process and deployment tools

Experience with Implementing the DevSecOps in Hybrid (Infra, cloud and AppDev) environment
