Academic Qualification

Graduate / MBA preferably


  • The incumbent will be responsible for executing our people initiatives and HR functional excellence as well as process improvements- Sourcing & screening resumes from various portals (i.
  • e Naukri, LinkedIn, TimesJobs, etc)- Preparing MIS Reports and HR scorecard on a daily and monthly basis- Coordination for scheduling interviews and conducting telephonic rounds.

  • Conducting joining formalities and other administrative activities.- Coordination with campuses for the hiring of technicians through various ITI institutes- Coordinating for any Ad hoc duties / projects as in when required
  • Competencies

    Working knowledge of Excel, Good communication, Time management
