Candidate who can assist the Company secretary of listed company related to various listing compliances / Companies act compliances.
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparation of reports - Due diligence , scrutinizer report, search report , secretarial audit report etc
Take an active role and provide valuable input to the management decisions related to sharing issues, mergers, and takeovers
To ensure the compliance of the provisions of various laws applicable to the Company.
Handling compliance of corporate governance norms as prescribed under various corporate, securities and other business laws & regulations.
Handling the promotion, formation and incorporation of companies / LLPs Preparing, Filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company / LLP.
Preparing and finalizing balance sheets, profit & loss and cash flow statements. Interacting with various external service providers like auditors, tax consultants etc.
Handling taxation and related statutory compliance work such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, Provident Fund, Labour Welfare Board etc
To carry out all the procedure related to the allotment, transfer and transmission, buy back of shares of the Company.
The candidate should have command over the subject, good communication skills and soft skills. The candidate should also have good management skills so as to meet compliance timelines as expected by the organization.
Qualified Company Secretary with 2 - 10 years of experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience post qualification of company secretary
An ability to take initiative.
A flexible and practical approach to work.
Discretion when handling confidential information
Maintain a diplomatic approach towards issues.
Confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members.
