Job overview and responsibilities
Produce creative deliverables for omni-channel campaigns, digital media, promotions, advertisements and other mediums.
Maintain brand authenticity throughout all creative work.
Assists with the conceptual thinking, development and execution of creative campaigns across all mediums; has potential to lead or perform this function independently as needed.
Participate in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems applicable to the position.
Collaborate with the digital marketing teams in Chicago to create on-brand art assets for use in marketing.
Help create and maintain a library of digital creative assets for the team.
Develop creative strategy for social networks, display / banner advertising, etc.
Participate in scripting and ideation for photo / video creative.
Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders involved in website design, advertising, etc.
Incredible eye for detail.
Excellent in design execution, ability to seed ideas and variations based on agreed creative direction.
Development of creative solutions that drive clear, informative, consistent communications.
Actively partners with Marketing teams to ensure that all work is consistently executed across all digital channels.
Timely execution of all creative assets.
Able to think across media and activate the brand globally.
