Chargebee is looking for a Marketing Analytics Analyst who would be responsible for developing dashboards, deriving insights and building analytical models that can support decision making across the marketing function.
Responsibilities Include Create on-demand dashboards and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights.
Monitor, measure and make recommendations on funnel conversion and other pipeline health metrics Benchmarking performance across all channels and advising on KPIs based on performance analysis Develop models that drive metrics toward improved efficiency and ROI.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis and create custom reports to service the needs of leadership and other marketing functions.
Work with marketing operations, perform regular analysis to measure program / campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and pipeline revenue.
Required Skills & Experience 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to extract insights from large data sets. Experience working with marketing teams; marketing operations experience a big plus.
Demonstrable experience with Google Analytics, Google Data studio, Tableau and any Marketing automation platform is a must Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to others.
Effective in high-growth, fast-paced environments. Quick learner with the ability to solve problems independently.
