Managers / Senior Managers required for Corporate Sales for 'New Delhi', 'Mumbai' and 'Bengaluru'
Identifying sector wise potential of HR Training opportunities in different companies
Contacting organizations, either telephonically or face to face to identify the right stakeholders.
Establish strong contact with key stakeholders for mapping training opportunities, budget and timelines.
Understand competition products and services of clients and present unique advantage of their offerings in a powerful manner.
Document USP / claims of competition and create sales pitch to counter competition USP / claims.
Develop Customised solution based on in-depth understanding of products, processes and customer insights.
Identification & Execution of Project by identifying / Interfacing with Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Partners.
Personal Attributes :
Should have over 10 years + Experience in Sales, Out of which must have at least 4-5 years’ experience in selling ACDC solutions to client.
Must have a strong CXO level connect in the previous stint.
Should have a strong background of selling HR solutions ie. Assessment & Development center, Leadership training, Executive coaching & HR Interventions to corporate.
Should have developed customized solutions for companies and have worked in organisation whose core product is Assessment & Development center.
Should also have an experience of managing Projects end to end. i.e. ( Sign up of Clients, Developing customized solution , Identification of partner / SME to execute the project & Overall Execution cum review of project)
