The ERP Technical Delivery team is tasked with providing best-in-class IT support by applying standard E1 development methodologies.
E1 developer will be responsible in designing, building and enforce standard ERP development policies and procedures across the enterprise.
In this position E1 Developer will establish the logical and technical E1 development architecture, develop process improvement, and drive implementations.
Key Responsibilities :
E1 Developer will play key role in delivering IT projects, develop technical solutions. Task involves working with various project teams to determine and build robust E1 development process across multiple JD Edwards and E1 applications.
E1 Developer will collaborate with business process owners and other E1 functional teams to develop E1 development methodologies to meet the business needs.
Additional responsibilities include supporting bolt-on applications includes Create form, DSI and E1 tools and integrations
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :
4-10 years Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One development experience.
Demonstrate a proven ability to support E1 development on latest versions of JD Edwards Enterprise One.
Must have experience in managing E1 ERP SDLC.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop a strategy and maintain E1 application technical development life cycle.
Proven ability in documenting all solutions in E1 development practices to the IT project team, change management and other integration and release teams.
Capable to communicate status to project management office team.
Ability to manage E1 development team and be able augment resources for Large projects, small enhancements
Ability to diagnose and resolve operational issues, perform detailed root cause analysis, respond to suggestions for enhancements and create recommendations for solutions to requirements and / or problems that impact code owned by the development team.
Must have proven experience to perform code reviews, mentor development team, institute best practices within the team and influence strategic roadmap for the organizations.
Must have working knowledge on E1 9.2
Must have working knowledge of E1 change management.
Much have working experience on Upgrade process especially from E1 9.0 to E1 9.2
Must have experience on E1 development procedures with Agile methodology is a plus
Life Science or Medical device Industry experience is a plus.
Working knowledge on Mobile Application, Orchestrators, OneView Report, CafeOne, etc. are plus
Working knowledge on Create!Form tools are added advantage
Working knowledge on AWS Cloud platform is a plus
Working knowledge on on-premise, cloud hosted and SAAS / PAAS applications is a plus
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria :
A degree in computer science or related field.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver in a timely fashion.
Ability to work independently and to the highest quality in accordance to standard operating procedures.
