Job Description

Job would involve testing of new features in every release. Analyzing the issues reported in production deployment and following it further for the resolution.

Additionally, it involves automating the daily activities to lessen the manual jobs in order to provide extra bandwidth for issue analysis.

Basic Requirements

1. Candidate should have good analytical and soft skills

2. He / She should possess scripting knowledge such as python / shell / perl

3. Should be in a position to support customer issues during off-hours.

4. Candidate should have basic knowledge on telecom domain.

5. Should be aware of basic Unix / Linux utilities and should have knowledge on any database like SQL.
