This is a CONTRACT Position for 6-8 month.
We are hiring a Team Lead for our Managed Services / Multilingual Staffing team who will be responsible for managing a team of project managers and talent executives to ensure delivery of services to client.
The TL will also interact with clients and key accounts and manage processes, revenues and client satisfaction.

Team and Account Management
Develop processes for smooth functioning of the team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Team Management-Internal team members and external team members (onsite resources)
As part of delivery management responsible to handle resources approx. 50+ linguists.
Develop processes and ensuring quality within the team
Ramping up for certain project requirement, resolving technical conflicts, planning, risk management, change management.
Deliver projects as per the signed up SLA’s, productivity commitments and budget
Participate in all weekly and other stakeholder meetings and monitor all activities of subcontractor translators and maintain professional relationships with all team members and subcontractor translators and vendors
Complete periodic project status reports
Client Management and to handle Account Management role for a particular client's projects.
Customer satisfaction and managing customer expectations
Knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll and Compliance.
Knowledge of Recruitment.
Hands on experience in creating Reports, Presentations.
Advanced Excel, HR Software.
Aptitude to learn about the industry.
Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to Have :
Language industry knowledge / work experience is added advantage
