Responsibilities

  • Help drive product strategy through strategic channel partnerships with leading vertical businesses and SMBs
  • Create programs to help scale our products
  • Define partner success requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of partner and product impact, aggregate and translate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities, inform the product roadmap with enhanced or new functionality
  • Set, track, analyze and communicate key partner performance metrics and business trends
  • Represent AA in external meetings with senior executives from other companies
  • Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, partnerships, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch products and partnerships
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of relevant work experience across the lifecycle of forming, growing and expanding channel partnerships
  • 10 years of experience in channel sales to drive business through reseller or services partners within cloud space and experience with various cloud platforms, cloud landscapes and channel dynamics
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time to partners offices or attend channel events.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience in strategy consulting, corporate development or private equity.
  • In-depth experience operating within and leading cross-functional teams (product marketing, channel marketing, sales, product management, legal, finance, marketing, etc.)
  • Experience in building new channel partner relationships and scaling their business growth impact over a short period of time.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly entrepreneurial, creative, open-minded, persistent, highly collaborative and passion for driving business results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial and value points with partners.
