Job Description :
Candidate must possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in field.'
Minimum 1 year of experience in direct selling to customers in the fields of Real estate' investments insurance credit cards wealth products etc.
This is a frontline sales position and is responsible for achieving monthly & annual sales targets of a Super Premium card directly to HNIs and other such good profile customers & opinion makers in the society.
Generate leads of new prospective customers through various means including cold calling' industry databases references etc.
Maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure steady inflow of applications.
Understand the customer profile' lifestyle & needs and accordingly pitch the value proposition of the card to the prospective customers in F2F meetings.
Engage with the customer by handling customer objections & queries with respect to product' pricing competition product etc.
Using good selling skills create a compelling reason for the customer to buy the card.
Complete the application filling journey with the customer and adhere to process ensuring accuracy' completeness of applications & documents and all due diligence required.
Seamless handover of the customer post onboarding to Service Manager.'
Be the brand ambassador & generate leads from the existing customers.'
Give market / customer feedback for product improvements.'
