Wipro is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and collaborative marketing manager for its iCORE Global Business Line .
This role requires you to closely with internal stakeholders and demands an individual who is agile and can ramp quickly into the highly collaborative iCORE marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a self-motivated drive, and the unique ability to deliver fast time-to-value with high quality and flawless execution.
The position requires diverse operational and strategic experience across all disciplines of marketing and requires demonstrated success in writing and communications.
A successful candidate will have a proven record in integrated marketing and creating a plan to drive awareness and pipeline contribution to revenue, influencer marketing and integrating all marketing touch points into a ubiquitous Wipro brand experience.
Drive iCORE marketing strategies across CIS, CRS and DOP
Drive iCORE branding and visibility in external forums
Create campaigns at an iCORE level and ensure consistency and governance is maintained among the service lines.
Generate leads and report leads to leadership by devising and executing multi-channel campaigns across mail, social media, webinars, workshops, etc
Analyst Relationship Management for iCORE leadership, Competitive Report participation and positioning, Analyst Inquiry, Analyst Briefings
Enhance iCORE positioning by creating unique value propositions & elevator pitches for differentiated communication with clients & influencers esp including service offering content on website, Blogs, POVs, Case Studies, Videos, playbooks etc
Create customer advocacy programs across iCORE
Manage Wipro’s participation in industry events end-to-end that includes brand visibility, engagement and lead generation strategies, theme, message, communications, design and vendor interactions
Develop content for collaterals, case studies, presentations, social media posts, event stories and newsletters
Develop press release, handle interactions with PR agencies & coordinate press releases
Coordination and working with Business Units to support large ongoing opportunities via campaigns etc.
Reporting of Weekly, monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports to Marketing and iCORE leaders
Bachelor's degree and 5-12 years' professional work experience in Marketing
Degree preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field
Exceptional written, content development, presentation and oral communication skills in English
Strong project management experience
Strong content development experience (managing the process from inception through go-to-market)
Strong experience in event management logistics
Understanding of B2B marketing
Strong experience with digital campaigns, understanding of social media (LinkedIn and Twitter)
Proven experience in client credentials / case study and marketing collateral development
Broad overall business acumen, industry knowledge, knowledge of Wipro's areas of business
Understanding and ability to originate and apply marketing concepts
Ability to manage and build relationships in a matrixed organizational environment
Ability to work autonomously and independently, yet integrate appropriately with other areas within Marketing & Communications and other areas within Wipro
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholder
Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues
High attention to detail and quality control
