Job Description :
1. Identifying new channel for tie ups , setting up meeting with new clients and bringing them on board
2. Managing and nurturing the existing relationships to help delivering business volumes.
3. Training the counselors or the staff of the channels regarding product development.
4. Maintaining COA while acquiring the channel
5. Regular visits to the channel to ensuring sufficient leads generation
6. Arranging and organizing events in engineering and IT institutes.
7. Identifying IB schools in the respective areas and bringing them onboard
8. Accountable for the channel management ensuring complaints to be resolved on time with no escalations.
