Cvent is searching for a high-impact senior marketing associate to join their European marketing team based in India and partner with the regional marketing team in Europe and the global marketing teams in the US.
The role will be to manage campaign execution in Europe, initially in the DACH and UK markets, reporting to the Marketing Manager for the region, based in India.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the marketing mix used across the entire customer journey; ideally with experience of the marketing software or meetings & events industries;
success in B2B marketing for all sizes of organisations; and the ability to balance strategic and tactical responsibilities.
You should be both creative and analytical, able to integrate social media and digital marketing techniques with cutting-
edge marketing automation, traditional. As the role will be looking after the DACH region, being a German speaker is highly beneficia.
Campaign delivery. Execution and delivery of targeted and dynamic integrated marketing campaigns across the DACH region.
Working with the team lead and associate based in London.
Manage deliverables of all DACH partnerships with key industry associations, publications and websites, and ensure all deliverables are met in a timely and accurate fashion.
Help to localise content and collaterals created in the US or UK for local country use, or initiate creation of new assets as required to support local campaign needs.
Support live events across Europe, ensure all events are launched and promoted in DACH region, as well as the rest of Europe.
Ensure all DACH leads are imported into Sales Force and recorded in the correct manner.
DACH Webinar execution, work with the DACH marketing team and help deliver and execute, including translations and localization of webinar programme for the region.
Support marketing efforts around Cvent CONNECT Europe annual event.
Support new product launches across the DACH region, campaign delivery.
Candidate Requirements :
Creative thinker, team player, detail-oriented, organised, self-motivated and an effective communicator
At least 2-3 years' experience of marketing communications and creating campaigns which are executed across multiple channels, including digital and social media channels and live events
Experience of working in a multi-national, matrixed organisation to execute integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with local and remote sales & marketing departments
Knowledge of content & digital marketing techniques for inbound marketing
Understanding of communications theory and practice, for both traditional and digital methods, message development and copywriting (ideally)
Experience with multiple software systems including email marketing (Marketo), search engines, CRM systems (Salesforce.
com) and web analytics (Google and Omniture Site Catalyst) a plus
Ability to speak fluent German is extremely beneficial (will lead on some German campaigns)
Education : BA / BS degree in Marketing, Digital or closely related field, Master's degree in Marketing or Communications would be ideal
B2B marketing experience, with knowledge of the technology or software industry, ideally in Marketing or Events sectors.
