Investigate alternative chemistries for improvement

Develop and test customer specific solutions working with metallurgists

Lead locally global formulation projects

Product Management

Ensure all products documentations are available and up to date

Manage products in Clariant's IT systems

Investigate sourcing options when required

Management

Manage Lab team to process and finish test works accurately and efficently

Provide Lab staff training for enriching their knowledge & skills

Manage lab equipments, resources and records and maintain ISO Standards

Interpretation

Interpretation of Results & Technical Reporting

Writing & Presentaion of Technical Papers

Act as a team player by supporting incoming requests, actively sharing opinions, listening to ideas

Clariant's representative

Work within Clariant's standards of safety, integrity and compliance

Contribute to Clariant Mining Services reputation on the market

Requirements

Ph.D in Chemistry / MSc. In Chemistry

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Chemical Application Support & Development
