Job Essentials :

  • Job involves working in 12 hour rotational shifts (day / night)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quick Learner
  • Presentable and courteous
  • Minimum Graduate (12+3) from government recognized universities
  • Age less than 25 years
  • Freshers can also apply
  • Key outcomes expected from the role :

  • Proactive assistance to passengers
  • Management of information desks by providing all the information / directions required to any passenger for smooth travel
  • Coordination with Terminal Operations team and Trolley / Coach Supervisors for trolleys and inter-terminal coach availability
  • Updating the reporting manager regarding any issue for immediate action
  • Should be proficient with all the information within and outside the terminal to assist diligently
