Qualification :

Bachelor's in Science / Commerce / Engineering or equivalent

Responsibility :

Business / Customer :

  • Ensure robust Delivery.
  • Maintain relationship by connecting with vertical and onsite program managers.
  • Participate in regular governance meetings with customers.
  • Own Transitioning of new engagements.
  • Drive Transformation initiatives.
  • Ensuring the customer presentations / visits are successful.
  • Project / Process :

  • Align and implement the practice / organization defined delivery drivers.
  • Adherence to process based on organization / client standards frameworks and tools.
  • Implement BIC framework within Delivery Unit.
  • Ensure that Operations parameter targets are met such as utilization pyramid / span job rotation ELT induction etc.
  • Ensure timely forecasting is done to meet the future resourcing requirements.
  • People / Team :

  • Responsible for implementing all the Organizational and Practice level frameworks (e.
  • BIC Career compass etc) within the Delivery unit.
  • Responsible for driving Reward & Recognition and employee engagement within the Delivery unit.
  • Own and drive people development initiatives such as Learning mentoring etc.
  • Building leadership pipeline.
