Job Role and Responsibilities :

  • Ensure stabilityof income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new incomegeneration from existing as well as new clients
  • Add value to theclient and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementinginnovative deals in working capital, term loan and project finance
  • Use credit knowledge andknowledge of various products for deal structuring
  • Add value to theclient and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementinginnovative deals
  • Maintain CEO / CFOrelationships with SMEs to originate business
  • Manage therelationship with the customers by growing the book size
  • Manage tradefinance, general blog operation for cash management services i.e., workingcapital cycle of the company
  • Deliverables :

  • Maintainexisting SME clients for the bank
  • Performvarious financing activities as per the customers requirement
  • Maintainnumber of current account (CA) balance
  • Increasewallet share by cross selling products to the customer
  • Achieveindividual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a highservice standard and compliance
  • Product / Customer Handled :

  • Workingcapital, Term loan, Project finance
  • SMEclients / Corporate Agri clients
  • Skills and Competencies :

  • Ability tonegotiate deals, with the ability to interact with people at various levels ofthe organization and outside environment
  • Strong salesand relationship management skills
  • Ability toidentifying key issues in complex problems / assignments and analyze those tomake effective decisions
  • Ability tohave a firm grasp of the processes and make changes in system to improveperformance
  • CreditKnowledge : To assess the companys financials (i.e. loss, rating, PAT (profitafter tax) etc. of the company)
  • Educational Qualifications :

  • MBA Finance +Marketing from reputed institutes with 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
