Job Summary : -The Recruiter Senior Analyst is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan.
The Recruiter Senior Analyst administers the recruiting process for a small to medium-sized recruiting demand plan or shares in the administration of a medium to large recruiting demand plan.
The Recruiter Senior Analyst may supervise or provide direction to 1-2 Recruiter Analysts and or or Recruiting Operations Assistants.
Relationships : -Reports to : GU Recruiting AP or Senior Manager OR Recruiter Manager or Senior Specialist or Specialist Supervises : May supervise Recruiter -
Analysts and or or Recruiting Operations Assistants External Relationships : Channels or Sources .Universities Search Firms Internet Job Boards Accenture Alumni etc.
Recruiting and or or HR Organizations. Knowledge or Skills Requirements :
Good understanding of the company’s business objectives and organizational structure
Strong understanding of the company’s position in the marketplace
Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures
Strong understanding of recruiting profiles
Very good understanding of selling messages for each organization
Strong interviewing skills
Understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plan
Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis
Very good understanding of the external marketplace or trends
Data analysis experience
Strong team player
Basic Leadership and coaching skills
Analytical skills and problem solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Work Experience : 3-5 years of relevant work experience Work Requirements : Some travel may be required
Postgraduate degree preferred
