Job Description :

  • Develop a network of potential financial consultants / Agents / DSA / Channel partners in their respective areas.
  • Drive health insurance business through these agency partners.
  • Agency Licensing, signing agreements, monitoring business activation is one of the core responsibilities.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Company's Health product portfolio and functioning.
  • Monitor and review agency performance. Help them achieve maximum business
  • Maintaining cordial relationships with these Agency / Channel partners.
  • Coordinating with other departments such as U / W, Claims, & Operations for smooth business functioning.
  • To meet Agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and manage business in a planned manner.
  • Training & motivating the agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business.
  • Experience / Qualifications :

  • 2 - 7+ years of Agency Sales / Channel Sales / Business Development experience
  • Exposure to sales through Channel / Agency is mandatory
  • Full time Graduation (Any stream) is mandatory. Relieving letter from previous employer is a must
  • Key Skills / Competency Required :

  • Comfortable with doing sales through networking.
  • Effective Communications & PR skills
  • Willingness to learn, innovate and take initiative
  • While experience in insurance industry is desired, we are open to look people from other industry with Channel / Agency sales experience.
