EGS stands for Wells Fargo's Enterprise Global Services. We are a critical component of the Wells Fargo strategy to leverage distinct advantages of a global environment.

Legally, we are known as Wells Fargo (EGS) India Solutions. Currently we are 12000+ strong team members with 3 locations (Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad) in India and 1 center in Manila.

Department Overview Capital Markets Technology portfolio consists of Technology solutions for Primary Markets / Investment Banking / GIB Municipal Products / Asset Backed Finance, various Secondary Markets Trading verticals (like Equities, Fixed Income, and Commodities etc.

and Institutional Investor Services (like Prime Brokerage, Futures Commission Merchant Services).Technology group is also organized as cross product horizontals (including Electronic Trading Services, Risk & Compliance Services, and Funding, collateral and liquidity management and Operations technology).

About the role : Technical Analyst to act as liaison between business, development and QA teams. Role and Responsibilities Understand business requirements and develop functional specifications, Epics and User Stories, act as a point contact for development, QA and application support teams.

Collaborate with US and EGS India teams to understand the development strategies and come up with POC's to formulate reusable solutions for redundant problems.

Help in analyzing the business requirements. Support and analyze the ALM QCs. Review test plans and test cases. Change management and release management.

Essential Qualification Bachelor Degree with 7+ yrs. of business analysis experience.. Experience in analyzing the logs, debugging, and identifying the root cause.

Knowledge of basic Unix commands and Shell script. Expert level knowledge on SQL. Hands on experience in MS-Visio. Expert level technical writing skills, good verbal communication.

Experience working on Java related applications. Experience on BCP planning and exercise. Desired Qualification Experience working on front office trading systems.
