Purpose and relevance to organization

  • Build and lead the digital business performance analytics function within the EM Digital Partner Commerce organization
  • Be responsible for delivering cutting edge analytics services to all cluster stakeholders, enabling them to take quantitatively based decisions
  • Act as local centre of expertise within DPC for all analytics related topics and drive the implementation of analytics tools across the organization
  • Responsibilities

  • Prepare data analysis for account and cluster DPC teams based on Global DPC Business Analytics framework for (exemplary analytics areas may include but are not limited to) :
  • Digital sales performance analysis & insights reporting
  • Digital web performance analysis & insights reporting
  • Digital account diagnostics
  • Marketing campaign analysis and optimization
  • Range analysis & quantitative assortment optimization
  • Paid and organic on-site search analysis & optimization
  • Translate analyses into engaging, actionable and easy to digest insights
  • Implement global initiative testing and tracking solutions
  • Consult across market DPC and account teams in driving consistent language, insight generation and utilization towards business optimization and development
  • Accountable for Market data sourcing and management
  • Market point of contact for all key external stakeholders (eCom digital analytics, Market finance, etc.)
  • Work with Global DPC business analytics to input local insights and business reality, improve reporting structures and distil best practices across markets
  • Input account specific insights to global DPC Business analytics
  • Input to and consult - market account Digital joint business plan
  • Qualifications

  • A broad and deep experience in different fields of digital measurement tools and measurement platforms for web analytics, mobile, paid media, social, sentiment, SEO, etc.
  • Experience in eCommerce environment
  • Experience with BI, Financial, Merchandising processes, tools and KPIs (preferably Adobe etc.)
  • Profound experience with data and visualization techniques.
  • Experience with B2B sales data
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
