Liaison with Government organizations Taking care of Travel and Accommodation Stationery Management Supervising Mail Room and creating related processes whenever required Office Asset Management Vendor Development Follow up for payments for vendors Repair and Maintenance of office premises Responsible for office administration and facility maintenance Responsible for Housekeeping, Guest house upkeep and Security Responsible for employee attendance, leave and mediclaim- updation and maintenance of records Processing of bills related to communication, printing, despatch, stationery and other routine administration bills Responsible for Vehicle insurance Responsible for job allocation and deployment of administrative staff
