Responsiblities Includes :
Creativity, writing skills and ability to connect and maintain long term relationships with people .
Develop, spearhead and implement an effective communication strategy for the company. Align the business strategy and brand guidelines of the company with communications and PR strategy.
Work closely with the management team to shape the company’s image and values, and devise appropriate methods to communicate them to the public.
Navigate internal & external stakeholders to understand the company's objectives and goals, be on top of every new product launch, business launch, events, and promotions happening in the company as well as the EdTech ecosystem to build communication strategies around, which builds customer loyalty, brand awareness, and investor engagement.
Identify press opportunities and develop content to be disseminated via press releases, social media, websites, newsletters and any other distribution channels and come up with new ideas and inventive ways to promote the organization.
Serve as the company's media and PR agency liaison, outreach and build relationships with the media fraternity, conduct briefings and ensure the monthly, quarterly and yearly PR goals are achieved.
Assist the CEO in various external communication level activities, whenever necessary.
Functional Competencies :

Candidate Must Have :
Must have a minimum 4-5 years of work experience in media, communications, communication strategy, PR or Branding
Experience in a fast paced progressive startup is preferred
