Responsibilities :

  • Analyze Web Traffic data to uncover insights on customer behavior & outcomes.
  • Coming up with hypotheses leveraging internal and 3rd party data.
  • High-level conceptual thinking about product / user problems.
  • An inclination for numbers and a keen eye for business metrics.
  • The ability to articulate and defend product priorities and strategy in compelling manner.
  • Willingness to take initiative, and the sheer ability to hustle and get things done.
  • Leverage the aforementioned insights to advance the understanding of customer base behavior across teams.
  • Create holistic weekly, monthly reports, and dashboards by pulling data from different data sources.
  • Data consolidation and validation.
  • Design and implement the full cycle of A / B testing from hypothesis creation to post-experiment analysis and presentation of results.
  • Requirements :

  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as R / Python / SAS / SQL.
  • Experience in handling complex data sources.
  • Experience in Web analytics using Omniture and Google analytics.
  • Exposure to working with BI tools like Qlik sense, Microsoft BI Pro.
  • Dexterity with MySQL, MS Excel.
  • Strong Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
