The System Administrator, Salesforce is responsible for providing administrative support, manage the security setup, permissions, visibility for the to users.
The Candidate should also be technically strong in Salesforce Platform to manage the releases and help our CD / CI pipelines.
update and maintain the process documentation Facilitate release activities across all Salesforce Development and Administrator teams, ensuring quality and timely deployments across all environments including Staging & Production Validate Post Release Activities / Track release metrics to improvement and report successes / failures to stakeholders and Teams Work with Salesforce & Apttus Support Team and coordinate the support activities Support Merge conflicts and Clean-up source control as needed Implement, install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and evaluates existing and new App exchange packages and the applications that reside inside salesforce In this role, you’ll need 3+ years of Salesforce system administration and development experience A 'can do' attitude, high energy, and creativity are required along with organizational skills and handle multiple tasks Great problem-solving skills, sense of ownership and work independently in an Agile based fast-paced development environment Should have strong Communication skills to handle Business partners / Users and multiple vendors across the globe A strong experience of Salesforce Admin and Development, Sales and Service Cloud Experience in deploying metadata changes to production / sandbox and configuring them manually Experience with data imports and migrating data between sandboxes, promoting up through sandbox structure High level of technical aptitude and learn new technical systems and tools quickly
