Job Description

  • Implementation of Employee Engagement programs for the Business Unit.
  • Provide business-specific feedback to the HR team for design and delivery improvement.
  • Facilitate Performance Management process and compliance ( i.e. Goal setting, Project Exit Reviews, Midyear performance review and feedback, Annual Review processes) in coordination COE teams.
  • Attrition control - Identify and action on flight risk cases, conduct Exit interviews, study the exit feedback and trend for the Business Unit and help proactively design retention strategies.
  • Primary Skills

  • Implementation of Reward and Recognition Schemes, Retention programs for the location / accounts.
  • Should have experience in HR business partner profile for minimum head count of 800 people. Leadership competencies required for success.
  • Proficient in employee relations, performance management, employee communication and data analytics.
  • Secondary Skills

  • Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Commitment to strategic business partnerships is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
