Business Development Manager / AM


  • Work with-in organization's sales policy framework, objectives and initiatives, will be directly responsible for driving Sales of -
  • Vital Smarts- (Behavioral training programs) and - Integrity Solutions- (Sales and Sales effectiveness training) in North India.

  • Client acquisition and nurturing the relationship with existing customers.
  • Will be responsible to meet and interact with HR / Training / L & D heads to understand the training needs of the clients, build and promote strong, long-
  • lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and offer training Solutions to clients.

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets : Will be responsible to generate business, should have Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Experience in the training industry will be an added advantage.

  • Should possess excellent Communication Skills need to be a good listener and speaker, to help customers understand the direction and recommendations solutions.
  • Candidates from L n D / Training industry will be preferred but open for candidates from other sectors as well, they should have excellent communication skills and strong sales / business acumen.
  • Desired Candidate :

  • 3-6 years of experience in sales of premium banking products or L&D products
  • Owner of vehicle and happy to drive
  • Preferably a - Male- candidate.
  • The candidate should have worked at a reasonable scale in the industry that he / she comes from and should be able to substantiate considerable achievements in their field.
  • The candidate should have continuous employment history and no breaks in the career.
