Job Purpose and Impact

The Human Resources Operations Senior Supervisor CBS GHRS Talent Performance Lead will lead core operational human resources services.

In this role, you will oversee the execution of activities, including L&D Digital Learning, Administration and Co-ordination, Talent, Performance Management, Employee Survey administration, Data trends reporting and Analytics .

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and oversee services for L&D- Digital Learning, Talent, Performance Management & employee Survey administration
  • Partner with stakeholders across the Talent Management Systems, performance management, learning applications to provide accurate reporting, insights, trends, end user requests, UX user experience including supporting process changes / improvements as needed and data / compliance audits.
  • Represent human resources in change management.
  • Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified, and standardized processes.
  • Align service delivery with the needs of stakeholders in Talent management, performance management, employee survey and L&D
  • Ensure accurate use of vendor management of human resource services providers.
  • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

  • Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in HR
  • Minimum of 8 years of related work experience
  • Experience leading teams
  • Demonstrable experience positively influencing and collaborating with business and human resource leaders
  • Confirmed understanding of evolving human resource service and demonstrated capability of leading organizational change efforts
  • Previous experience in service areas such as L&D, Performance Management, Talent

  • Master's degree or other post-secondary degree
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and implement human resources processes and client focused solutions
  • Consultative skills
  • Proven record of implementation and optimization of processes and metrics
  • Experience in a shared services organization or working in multi-diverse environment
  • Project management experience
  • Two years of supervisory experience
