Description

  • To execute the business plans for the acquired accounts (Brokers) of Cigna TTK for the region across their verticals
  • To identify and develop business opportunities across the partner verticals for the distribution of Health Insurance.
  • To work along with the HO Account Management / Execution team to optimize on the distribution opportunities for Health Insurance across the partner ecosystem.
  • To lead and manage the Broker Relationship Manager Execution team for the region to ensure that they have the right skills and are motivated to perform well in their roles.
  • This includes coaching as well as transferring specific sales skills and techniques on-the-job,

    leading to successful execution and results.

  • Create the excitement for Health Insurance within the partner organization through various engagement and R&R initiatives
  • To identify the execution gaps in selling Health Insurance through the partner teams and work with the Cigna sales hierarchy to ensure filling of the gaps for a more efficient & effective sales execution
