Job Purpose

Service support for Experience Centre

Key Accountabilities

Responsible to manage the Experience Centre at the designated corporate tech park and help customers to have an unique digital experience inside and around the Experience Centre

Job Duties & responsibilities

  • Manage walk in customers at the Experience Centre
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the Experience Centre at tech park
  • Promote multiple events & engagement activities around the Experience Centre
  • Service Support customers for digital account opening
  • Coordinate with nearest branch for any CBG or IBG customer enquiries
  • Facilitate the corporate salary account engagement at the respective locations
  • Handholding customers in their banking service requirements
  • Preferred Qualifications & Experience

    Graduate / MBA / P.G. with min.1 - 3 years of relevant experience
