This is a Production Scheduler role, reporting to the Senior Project Manager in Business Area - Industrial Automation Business for Energy Business line based in Bangalore, India.
You will be responsible for leading a function focused on the optimization of the production organizations assembly methods, processes and equipment in close cooperation with Factory Operation Manager.
Your responsibilities Ensuring that the production process aligns with the project targets for internal or external developed process and performs the final test in accordance with the projects data.
Ensuring the efficiency of all external production processes, defining jointly with the engineering, production and supply chain department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
Defining production costs and the sequence of the working phases of a new production process in order to minimize cost and maximize quality.
Developing and proposes the estimated budget of investments necessary for the development of new products and processes.
Supporting Supply Chain Management (SCM) department in selecting suppliers, evaluating the technology and capacity, and determining the best option.
Cooperating with local or international teams in the optimization of technical standards and supports engineers in the definition or configuration of new design rules.
Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost. Ensuring the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.

Your background Diploma or bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics. Required minimum 7-8 years of experience in scheduling, planning, production, panel integration.
Good to have SCM knowledge. Should have experience in working with panel manufacturing industry.
