Job Description :
This is a functional training Team member role which includes analysis, planning, marketing, implementation and reporting of various learning and development initiatives to improve the Growth market region .
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct Trainings for products / process / systems for employees for all roles .
Ability to define training objective , execution methodology , create content and to measure the efficacy of training
Should be aware of New Training Techniques that can be implemented
To drive various Learning modules on all types of platform including digital
Assess relevant training needs for employees, in consultation with business stakeholders.
Plan Training initiatives and projects as per current requirement of HO-BPM team / Business, or challenges faced by the channel.
Implement the Learning drives in the region for maximum effectiveness.
Report with details on various Training related activities as executed.
Constantly Upskilling themselves on different subjects for training .
Ability to identify the region’s training needs basis various Data being published and execute within defined time frame .
Closely work with other support teams like SQ, RCU, Product, CVM etc.
Skills Required :
Graduate with 10+ years of experience in Banking and should be well versed with products, processes and systems of the bank.
Must have very strong process knowledge. Preferred added experience in Retail asset products and processes.
Should be able to handle marketing of Training function in Business and achieve the training agenda
Good communication skills to interact with Senior Management and other HO Departments
Working knowledge of MS Office applications
Fast learner and expert on digital platform usage
Solution finding approach to support the employees in building efficiencies and improved performance
Good Presentation skills
Ability to plan Training schedules and execute
Should be self- starter and self-motivated to learn new things
Should be a team player.
