primary owner for new business development activities and focus from Government / PSU / Corporates accounts. In this role, the Sr.
BDM will be accountable for :
Creating and capturing demand for new business across Government / PSU , Corporates within India and increase the growth of Net / Software new business
Identifying prospective clients
Building and developing strong client relations at senior executive and director levels, developing new business insights, and strategy to gain access and execute
Generating business from new logos and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multi-million-rupees engagements
Generating leads by interacting with analysts, alliances and networking to open doors and gain access to the leadership team in establishing credibility and sell Data Infosys products and services.
Ability to build awareness with target customers teams within engineering, operations, development and research, IT and marketing teams and convert that awareness to closing
Ability to work in matrix environment with exposure to sell various lines of business for company service lines. Working closely with senior customer to suggest, advice, evaluate, and prime outsourcing initiatives
Ability to work with Teams and assimilate well within the organization's culture
Working with the various service lines within Data Infosys on solution definition and creating value proposition for customers and opportunities
Able to articulate well and presenting at sr. level as needed
Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality
Building credibility and gaining market share in the industry and territory
Defining & directing Partnerships & Alliances strategy.
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ Years of consulting / IT industry experience
Past experience for Selling and managing Key Government accounts for IT services
Previous Work Experience :
Proven track record of new business development in past 5 years
Proven record of building and maintaining relationships at senior levels
