Your role :

At EdgeVerve, we have set ourselves ambitious revenue targets to enter our next phase of growth. We are setting up a business development team based in India to penetrate North America, Europe & APAC markets.

You will be part of a high potential network within the Infosys group that gives ample learning opportunities and growth potential to make it to the global field sales team.

  • You will be playing a critical role in building a healthy pipeline with highly qualified opportunities in specific vertical pod and geography.
  • Develop and execute campaigns (combination of calling & emails) to sell across Edge Products portfolio.
  • Nurture prospective customer base through demos & solution workshops and engage them through webinars, sharing of relevant case studies and whitepapers from the repository.
  • Build a healthy pipeline filling the top of the funnel with prospect exploratory calls, Meetings through to generating interests, unearthing / creating new opportunities and qualify them to a proposal stage.
  • Work closely with the geo sales teams post the qualification stage to form a win plan’ for a successful hunt.
  • Have a deep understanding of Edge Products and Solutions to address customer’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-sales, Solutions & Product teams to feed customer interests and needs through the lead deal stages.
  • Be an evangelist of Edge Products on to improve visibility.
  • Must have :

  • 7 10 years working in Business Development or Inside Sales functions.
  • Excellent English communication skills with neutral accent.
  • Experience in selling Software Products / SaaS or Solutions to global markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quota Q-o-Q & Y-o-Y.
  • Ability to network with C-levels, VP-levels and Director-levels in Fortune 2000 enterprises.
  • Design campaigns and execute within a Target Account list.
  • Ability to qualify opportunities raising the probability of closures.
  • Nice to have :

  • Experience in selling AI / RPA.
  • Experience in closing deals in-person or remotely.
  • Product selling experience will be an advantage.
  • Ability to orchestrate and conduct demo sessions.
  • Have a good understanding of the competitive landscape.
