SUMMARY :
The successful candidate will join Ametek Intellipower global R&D team and embark on an exciting journey towards the design and implementation of the next generation of Intellipower UPS systems.
We are looking for a skilled Verification and Validation (V&V) engineer to develop and institute verification methodology for our products.
As a verification engineer, you will be responsible for designing the testing methodology, selecting appropriate testing environments, designing test plans, selecting testing tools, writing up test procedures, and performing the tests.
You may also be required to conduct quality control inspections.
To ensure success as a V&V engineer, you should possess a working knowledge of power electronics engineering. You should be able to analyze products and create reliable and thorough testing procedures to determine their functionality.
He / She should be familiar with Digital / Analog power electronics circuits, especially as applied to UPSs, and have hands on experience.
The candidate should be able to work independently, and part of a team as needed. An ideal candidate should have power electronics Firmware and hardware Verification and Validation (V&V) experience.
Candidate will also bring along a global team player attitude and disciplined focus to handle a variety of support in a high velocity, dynamic environment.
