Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
User Acquisition : Accountable for driving user acquisition for browser products across platforms like Desktop & Mobile through strategic thought leadership and seamless
execution via programmatic and other channels. Manage traffic acquisition campaigns by collaborating with various agencies, ad partners and other vendor partners.
Relationship Management : Working closely with various ad channels ensuring a healthy business with the partner while maintaining the brand name of VIU & Vuclip.
Organizational : Working closely with the regional business teams to ensure consistency in set up, strategy and execution of Vuclip in new markets.
Optimization and Workflow : Tracking acquisitions, monitoring engagement data and optimizing campaigns by making necessary changes to the promotions plan to achieve
Product launch and support : Ensuring launch and execution in new markets across various ad channels and aligning with internal stakeholders for updates and feedback.
Data Management : Maintaining and utilizing data assets for periodic presentations from various tools like Appsflyer, Tune, Amplitude etc.
Revenue Targets : To ensure all the revenue targets are achieved while maintaining the profitability of the organisation
Performance : Ensuring performance target of each campaign is met in terms of KPI and financials along with ensuring set up time, issues and other campaign metrics are maintained.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required Qualifications :
Graduate degree in marketing, economics, statistics or related technical field; MBA is not mandatory but preferred.
3+ years of performance marketing and user acquisition experience with a focus on display, video, and mobile products.
Experience in OTT sphere will be an added advantage.
Strong technical competence and knowledge of digital marketing technology and platforms, including analytics, supply side platforms, networks, ad serving technology, and data management platforms.
Demonstrated success taking products to market and achieving ambitious, quantifiable business objectives.
Substantial experience working with broad cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams with ability to influence the opinions of internal stakeholders, executives, clients and partners to adopt new strategies and take action.
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical and advanced concepts in precise and clearly understandable terms to a variety of audiences.
Sound business judgment and commercial acumen.
Strategic vision to predict new trends in digital marketing and implement sound strategies to capitalize on new business opportunities ahead of our competitors.
