Min 4+ years of prior experience in end to end recruitment in Recruitment
Prior experience in conducting detailed HR and behavioral interviews for a variety of roles
Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time
Worked in a team environment that emphasized group contributions
Managing a team of 2-3 people to ensure timely delivery of quarter on quarter targets.
Hands on sourcing for niche skills. Required knowledge of multi - channels sourcing.
