The Client Partner is responsible for key accounts. Accountabilities include exceptional quality client communication, coordination of all key stakeholders and overall relationship and revenue management of the account.
Must have a point of view regarding mobile strategy in the enterprise.
As Client Partner you will have a unique blend of sales ability, client-servicing skills and can also provide project delivery oversight on best in class mobile strategy and managed services projects making sure all areas are delivering as they should.
You will ideally be a consulting veteran who has worked for a significant time within the mobile space. You will be able to advise clients on mobile strategy, consulting on conceptual ideas that are underpinned by the latest and greatest mobile technology and that serve to enhance and best achieve the clients overall business goals.
The Client Partner will be responsible for providing ongoing continuous relationship management with a limited set of Cerebtechs Strategic Accounts to
1. Ensure that all customer needs are met with respect to the Cerebtechs suite of mobility related services,
2. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with these customers and
3. Perform liaison functions between the customers and the various business and project teams within Cerebtechs. The Client Partner will also be responsible for identification of specific cross-sell and up-sell opportunities at these customers.
Success in this position will be measured by revenue growth and delivery success within these key accounts.
The Client Partner serves as a senior level management resource. The Client Partner will be partially billable across assigned accounts.
What will you be doing
Establish and grow relationships within Cerebtech Strategic Accounts at the business owner and C-Suite levels by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the customers business and Cerebtechs service offerings.
Become a trusted advisor to Cerebtechs customers to assist customer understanding of dynamic mobile industry trends and requirements.
Identify and qualify upsell opportunities in those customers to expand the Cerebtechs footprint.
To understand the key challenges that our clients face today and recognize how to map them to industry and Cerebtechs solutions.
Experience in being a Hands On Primary Account Engagement Owner with both breadth and depth knowledge. Success in driving client engagement as a single point of contact without overreliance on others.
Success in understanding customers business strategies and technical roadmaps and drive alignment between strategic investments and solution roadmaps.
Success as in building relationships at all levels within customer organization.
Build account plans and maintain and exceed account targets, communicate account strategies, project pipeline and client strategic direction to internal stakeholders.
Prepare sales proposals, drive detailed estimates and write statements of work. Manage contractual and financial relationship with client.
Serves as a trusted advisor to C-level executives through highly competent consulting skills and techniques. Creates client relationship strategy and plans to establish new relationships while strengthening existing relationships.
Provide a single escalation point for all delivery issues from the team, client stakeholders and Cerebtechs stakeholders.
8-10 years enterprise consulting delivery and sales and / or executive account management with proven client relationship skills at the highest levels within customer organizations.
Proven revenue attainment history in selling enterprise software solutions.
Strong analytic ability to assess customer needs and map them to the Cerebtechs services.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with attention to detail. Significant track record of proven leadership abilities.
Ability to work efficiently across multi-disciplinary teams with competing priorities.
Organized, self-motivated, hard-working problem-solver who is able to identify and define appropriate objectives and work independently toward achieving those objectives.
Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Can demonstrate storytelling capabilities.
