F. Required profile :

Level of education & Knowledge :

  • Full time Bachelor of Commerce with Postgraduate degree in HR / IR Management from recognized university.
  • Experience in general :

  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in HR and IR function preferably in a reputed company, at Site level.
  • Technical skills :

  • Knowledge of Site HR, IR and Administration functions & exposure to Labor Laws as applicable to manufacturing set up.
  • Competencies, Behavioral skills : (acc. to competency profile and required level of descriptions)

  • Interpersonal relationship
  • Communication & counselling skill
  • Analytical ability to avoid any errors during work.
  • Computer literacy / Exposure of MS office and must be good at preparing PPT 7 reports in excel.
  • Reliable & Valuing - respecting people
  • Legal Training Requirements

  • No Legal training is required for this position.
  • Job Requirement :

  • Physically fit, must be able to climb ladders and stairs.
  • Walking up to 8 hours a day.
  • G. Performance indicators : Describe the criteria allowing to measure to what extent the results are achieved - related to the accountabilities

  • Ensuring timely and accurate data processing related to human resource management.
  • Sustenance of Industrial Relations and general discipline at the Site
  • Ensure support in conducting regular training programs and follow up.
