F. Required profile :
Level of education & Knowledge :
Full time Bachelor of Commerce with Postgraduate degree in HR / IR Management from recognized university.
Experience in general :
Minimum 7 years of work experience in HR and IR function preferably in a reputed company, at Site level.
Technical skills :
Knowledge of Site HR, IR and Administration functions & exposure to Labor Laws as applicable to manufacturing set up.
Competencies, Behavioral skills : (acc. to competency profile and required level of descriptions)
Communication & counselling skill
Analytical ability to avoid any errors during work.
Computer literacy / Exposure of MS office and must be good at preparing PPT 7 reports in excel.
Reliable & Valuing - respecting people
Legal Training Requirements
No Legal training is required for this position.
Job Requirement :
Physically fit, must be able to climb ladders and stairs.
Walking up to 8 hours a day.
