Continuous monitoring of current experiment metrics to generate learnings and define areas of improvement / opportunities to iterate on currently implemented experiment variation, followed by fast-
paced launch of these iterations.
Domain knowledge, or at least 3 months experience in a similar position or in the area of web development, data analytics, product analytics, conversion optimization, etc.

Graduate degree from Tier I engineering college with 0-2 years of work experience.
Understanding of key product metrics / customer engagement metrics.
Experience in using web analytics (Clevertap, Google Analytics etc.), SQL, conversion optimisation tools (Inspectlet, VWO, Optimizely etc.).
Having a blog and being a frequent contributor to it.
Being active in the start-up environment.
