  • TheTDM is accountable for a team of individual contributors who serve as deeptechnical advisors driving the successful delivery business;
  • both developmentand support. The TDM is an input and reviewer of the staffing forecast andprocess, teaming with the Global Resource / Capacity Management (GRM / GCM) inworkforce & capacity planning as appropriate for their Time-

    zone / Domain. Drives delivery execution thru teampreparedness, precision delivery, overall utilization & highcustomer / partner satisfaction in a cost efficient manner.

    Hires appropriate technical individuals tomeet the demands of Domain head count objectives as determined by workforceplanning.

    The TDM may be involved inAccount planning as it relates to needed resource capabilities. The TDM plans,prioritizes and implements at the team level the broader business strategydefined by its organization leader.

  • Complete all required personal and team training & / or certifications for their technology domain

    Qualifications

    Customer Value Realization Planning, Organizing and Executing Trusted Technology Advisor Project Management Strategic Insight Setting Goals / Expectations 8-

  • 10 years experience with direct people management experience Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. / B.A.) in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent;
  • Master’s degree / MBA preferred Experience in a leadership role is desirable Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
