BDM(Bidder) Business Development Executive for Bidding on different job portals like Upwork, freelancer,Guru.etc and identifying new business opportunities.
The main role of the bidder is to prospect new clients by bidding.
Responsibilities and Duties
Should have excellent communication skills and has to have good understanding of technology terminologies and trends.
The person should have worked previously on online marketplaces such as Upwork, Guru and Freelancer etc
Proficiency in Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, requirement gathering, and responding to RFI, RFP, etc
Be able to proactively assesses & understand client needs
Internally work with our team to understand the needs of the client and align the Proposal to precisely achieving their business goals
Very strong communication skills, i.e. Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Understanding of IT outsourcing business, in general.
Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), with Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Web Design &
Web Application Development.
The right person needs to have well-rounded awareness for following Technology & Development verticals.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Candidate should have basic knowledge of development so he / she can communicate with client and developers.
