Key responsibilities :
Responsible for identification and traceability of incoming faulty equipment, carrying out inspection, repair and identifying equipment status.
Responsible for Job preparation and testing of equipment prior to mobilisation. Responsible for mobilisation of equipment.
Responsible for calibration, installation, operation and maintenance of equipment deployed in the field. Operation and basic troubleshooting of equipment deployed in the field.
Data acquisition as per scope, specification and schedule as briefed by PC / PM. Responsible for ensuring safe working environment at site.
Actively participate in Operations, Quality Assurance and HSE group meetings. Archival, back-up and custody of all data logged in the field.
Preparation of mobilisation and De-mobilisation Reports, and handing over of the same with all data logged in original to the Survey Manager on demob.
To prepare survey procedures and reports whilst in office as directed by RM / SM. Qualifications & Skills required : Graduate or Diploma in Engineering Indian Navy experience preferred 2 years’ experience in offshore surveys.
Knowledge of relevant survey equipment and software in use. High degree of technical reporting skills in English language
