PARTNER SUCCESS MANAGER ENTERPRISE

Amazon Internet Services Private Limited ( AISPL ), the local reseller of AWS cloud services in India, is looking for a talented professional and team player with great energy and initiative to fill a key and highly visible leadership role as the Partner Success Manager for the AISPL’s Enterprise Business.

It is a critical leadership role as the person will be responsible for shaping & driving the partner strategy for the Enterprise segment at AISPL.

The role will serve as a fulcrum for driving Segment partner strategy through partner managers responsible for Global system integrators (GSI), National system integrator (NSI), born in the cloud (BIC) and independent software vendors (ISV) partners of AISPL.

The role will require working and collaborating with the partner managers, Business development Senior and C-level leaders at AISPL to drive industry alignment, go-to market plans, marketing strategies, playbook development, and solution pipeline acceleration with the partners.

The role will report up to the Head of Enterprise, India at AISPL.

Responsibilities

  • Anchor GSI / NSI / BIC / ISV alignment and engagement working along with partner managers
  • Executive heat maps and priority engagement, hold CXO level engagements with anchor partners
  • GTM planning, development, support and roll out for anchor partners
  • Track, maintain and deliver the key partner business metrics for the Enterprise segment
  • Manage standard reports / dashboards for the segment and alliance leadership
  • Maintain effective cadence and other mechanisms both internally and externally
  • On-going GTM plan development and refinement
  • Assistance with GSI / NSI / BIC / ISV Industry program development and partner participation
  • Drive all partner marketing activities for the segment along with partner managers
  • Evangelize GSI / NSI / BIC / ISV industry strategy across multiple internal organizations including business development, marketing, services, and product marketing / management organizations
  • Experience / Skills Required

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the Enterprise business in India, and experience engaging with and building GSI / NSI / BIC / ISV partnerships in a high growth technology or consulting organization.

    Experience working on the selling, alliance or consulting side of the business. The individual must exhibit leadership qualities that inspire teaming and trust to influence multiple LOBs to support Alliances / Partnering Strategies.

  • Extensive and progressive experience in software marketing / business development, Alliances, or Consulting
  • History of developing and executing partner go-to-market plans
  • Enterprise SI knowledge and professional history
  • Successful execution of solution or campaign launches to sales organizations
  • C-suite relationship engagement and management
  • Strong business development capabilities
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
  • Track record of exceeding metrics
  • Management experience
  • Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Sound business acumen skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Experience / Skills Desired

  • Cloud / platform and SAAS knowledge a plus
  • Secondary / Advanced Degree
  • Have a broad based understand of cloud technologies

    The right person will have a balanced technical and analytical background and possess extensive sales and / or business development experience.

    Extensive channel experience across India is a requirement.

    Experience working within the enterprise software industry is highly desired, especially in the virtualization, cloud or enterprise software spaces.

    Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

    Exposure to and experience is developing channel programs to deliver sustainable revenue

    Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and / or Computer Science or Math background highly desired

    The right person will possess 10+ years of sales or business development experience in the software / technology industry
