PARTNER SUCCESS MANAGER ENTERPRISE
Amazon Internet Services Private Limited ( AISPL ), the local reseller of AWS cloud services in India, is looking for a talented professional and team player with great energy and initiative to fill a key and highly visible leadership role as the Partner Success Manager for the AISPL’s Enterprise Business.
It is a critical leadership role as the person will be responsible for shaping & driving the partner strategy for the Enterprise segment at AISPL.
The role will serve as a fulcrum for driving Segment partner strategy through partner managers responsible for Global system integrators (GSI), National system integrator (NSI), born in the cloud (BIC) and independent software vendors (ISV) partners of AISPL.
The role will require working and collaborating with the partner managers, Business development Senior and C-level leaders at AISPL to drive industry alignment, go-to market plans, marketing strategies, playbook development, and solution pipeline acceleration with the partners.
The role will report up to the Head of Enterprise, India at AISPL.
Experience / Skills Required
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the Enterprise business in India, and experience engaging with and building GSI / NSI / BIC / ISV partnerships in a high growth technology or consulting organization.
Experience working on the selling, alliance or consulting side of the business. The individual must exhibit leadership qualities that inspire teaming and trust to influence multiple LOBs to support Alliances / Partnering Strategies.
Experience / Skills Desired
Have a broad based understand of cloud technologies
The right person will have a balanced technical and analytical background and possess extensive sales and / or business development experience.
Extensive channel experience across India is a requirement.
Experience working within the enterprise software industry is highly desired, especially in the virtualization, cloud or enterprise software spaces.
Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
Exposure to and experience is developing channel programs to deliver sustainable revenue
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and / or Computer Science or Math background highly desired
Strong partner network Across India
The right person will possess 10+ years of sales or business development experience in the software / technology industry
