About the Role :
We are looking for a qualified professional having proven experience in IT recruitment with demonstrative results.You would be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle so you should apply if you have good communication (verbal and non-verbal) skills as well as negotiating skills.
A proven record of recruiting from various job boards would be an added advantage.
You will be responsible for :
Manage current openings within the timeline
Run the recruitment process effectively Sourcing, Interviewing, Selecting based on level and type of positions
Attract right candidates / campus placements / conduct recruitment drives
Use the right sources for recruitment and minimize recruitment cost
Identifying and hiring the right candidate to match the suitable opening in the organization
Background verification of newly joined employees
Manage relationships with Agencies, Job Portals, Colleges and others
Promote the company’s reputation as best place to work on various media
Additional Responsibilities :
Take ownership of Career Page of company’s website
Working closely with HR Manager and other departments (internal customers)
Understand the Company’s requirement based on the recruitment pattern
Prior experience of 0.5 - 1 Year as HR / IT recruiter in an IT company
B.Com, B.Com (HR) and MBA (HR), B.E. (C.E. / I.T. / C.Sc.), MCA, MSC (CA & IT) with 65% or 6.5 CPI in case of CGPA throughout (i.
e. 10, Diploma / 12, Engineering)
