Finance and Accounting Process works on accounting processes from regions including America, Europe, Africa and Asia. The team has an active participation in the corporate drive for process standardization and enhancements, which has resulted in higher efficiencies, uniformity of accounting practices and quality & consistent management reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Vendor management, Coordination of Change Control Governance Board calls - preparation; meeting minutes; follow-ups
  • Coordination of Admin community and Coordinating and planning critical changes
  • Monitoring of IT SLAs
  • RSA Archer specific tasks
  • oAccess Management, Reporting from RSA Archer, Dashboards

    oData imports - Risk Assessment, Entity scoping

    oQuality Assessment triggering, Risk Assessment triggering and Deletion of QA and RA if incorrect

    oSetting up a new Brand

    oAdvice on changing existing business / control hierarchy

    oG / L account - Line item - Control Objective level changes

    oHistorical Compliance data overview

    oOverview of existing data feeds (HR data; RA), Overview notifications, Overview workflow status.

    oTrouble shooting and Enhancements in RSA Archer

    oArcher training - separate functionalities

  • Regular reporting to management and supporting departmental heads for various reporting requirements.
  • Performing a variety of tasks, both scheduled and ad-hoc
  • Deliver projects under tight deadlines.
  • Key Performance Indicators

  • Ensuring that overall GRC objective are achieved.
  • Ensuring quality of delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management with internal, central and GSC teams.
  • We are looking for

  • Business admin or Functional admin experience of a Market leading GRC platform
  • Certified as an RSA Archer administrator
  • Hands-on experience with all SDLC activities related to GRC program implementation, such as requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, testing, and production deployment
  • Understanding and knowledge of industry standards and industry frameworks (e.g., COBIT, COSO, SOX etc.)
  • Minimum 3-6 years’ experience with about in role above
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced understanding of business process, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in MNC or Big4 environment with multiple stakeholders across globe.
  • Ability to cross-skill and work with teams across geographies
  • Good team player as part of GRC team for GSC
