Brief Job Description :

  • Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis for all our brands.
  • Drive marketing programs that are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.
  • Manage all efforts and goals on digital paid media : SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, Direct buys, etc.
  • Establish processes for monitoring, measurement, and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact.
  • Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a / b), innovation using different platforms and new products / formats, active co-creation and planning with Google / FB / others as a partner.
  • Conducting forecasting and estimations on the profitability of those campaigns.
  • Optimizing targeting and segmentation, as well as the allocation of budgets across multiple paid social channels to generate cost-effective user actions.
  • Display passion and exceptional analytical skills and demonstrate fluency in the acquisition of metrics, being able to evaluate and orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels.
  • Capable of determining key metrics, constantly reduce operational costs, and measure the success of performance strategies.
  • It should be highly analytical, with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw actionable campaign insights
  • Desired Candidate Profile :

  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in handling SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, Direct buys, performance management & Paid Campaign.
  • Excellent communicative abilities in English
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Google ad words certified profession (preferred)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good time management skills
