Duties and Responsibilities
ZOM on business number deliveryIdeate / strategies to build new business delivery bricks and revenue opportunityEngage with partners / Ops team and identify new product launch Manage relationship with multiple insurance partners and align partner sales team on achieving AOP numbersMonitor partner manpower hiring and jointly drive RM productivityMaintain LOB wise mix
partner product mix and Issuance TATDrive Branch / Cashier activation and productivityDrive and monitor cashier lead conversions
branch walk-in conversions and SFDC data conversionsStrengthen Inbound channel by driving conversions from various BFL digital properties Liaison with Data analytics team to design and execute data campaigns to improve conversions Continuously monitor to identify and streamline gaps to improve process efficiencies Design and execute R&R for the ops team 4.
